Worst experience
I had sent my motorcycle from kolkata to Shillong on 10th March 2026. It finally arrived on 7th April 2026. The worst part was that the motorcycle came damaged with both indicators on left side broken and stuck with tape and plastic, the handlebar got loose, the tail light completely destroyed along with the casing, the front mudguard was dented and scratch the entire length and even broken. And these guys had the audacity to tell me to book a rapido and come and ask me to pick my motorcycle in the middle of a state highway, 20 kms away from my location and 17 kms outside my city. The rapido charged me ₹800 because it was inter city travel. I told the cargo company to give me refund of the 800 that I had to pay the rapido and I was ready to bear the damage cost out of the goodness of my heart. They began to pass the buck to one another and I got fed up after 40 minutes of phone calls and haggling with the truck driver as if it was not his job to bring the package to my city and my location. In short I had to wait 27 days, then pay ₹400, then spend another 3800 for repairs just because I used this service. Worst service ever.
