Terms & Conditions
The provisions herein below form the basis of the services to be rendered by Deluxe Cargo Packers and Movers. Through communication, the client automatically accepts the following terms and conditions of the service provision.
- Services Provided: This Company is involved in packing and moving services whereby it provides general moving services, residential, international, and office moving, and packing services in addition to storage services. Other related services include transportation of the vehicle and in case of an accident or theft, insurance of the same during transport.
- Quotations and Pricing: The amounts herein quoted as estimates are given in conformity with the provision of information by the client. The final charges that are billed to customers depend on the overall volume of business that is transacted, the distance of the transportation as well as any other services that may be rendered.
Quotes are therefore expected to be valid for 30 days from the time of issue in case no other stipulated term is given.
The prices are subject to variation based on the current market trends, a change in government policies, and any other events that may occur from time to time.
- Booking and Payment: A stake equal to 10% of the value of the guaranteed booking is to be spent and is non-refundable. The requested amount is to be paid in advance and the remaining amount after the requirement of the service is due.
The payment should be done through a bank transfer check credit card or any other acceptable method of payment.
In the occasion, the buyer does not make the payment as arranged then the Company has the privilege to hold the goods until they are paid for in total.
- Cancellation and Postponement: Bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours from the agreed moving date will attract a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the agreed quote.
While requesting to postpone a service, our company will offer a new date of service delivery according to the availability; however, there may be extra charges.
- Client Responsibilities: Cost estimates depend on clients who are supposed to avail correct details on the nature and quantity of the items to be relocated.
Clients in this scenario must ensure that all of the items are covered by insurance. For any item that was not insured by the Company, the company will not be held responsible.
The clients are to communicate to the Company about how the items that are delicate or precious should be treated.
- Liability and Insurance: The Company pays much attention to client's properties and their transportation. Nonetheless, the Company does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of the goods in such conditions as natural calamities, mishaps, or theft.
It is recommended that the clients provide other insurance coverage in times when goods are lost in transit.
- Claims: All objections as to damaged or missing goods must be made to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
They need to be supported by corresponding documents, photos of the damage and a list of items lost.
