Complaint Regarding Damaged Goods and Non-Collection of Packaging Materials
Dear Deluxe Cargo Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service provided during my recent relocation. Your representatives, Mr. Sachin Tiwari and Mr. Pradeep, had assured me that the packaging cartons would be collected after delivery and a security deposit of ₹500 was charged for the same. However, despite multiple follow-ups, my calls are not being answered, and I have repeatedly been given incorrect pickup dates. Furthermore, some of my belongings were damaged during transit. My washing machine has sustained a dent, and the mirror of my two-wheeler has been broken. Such damages are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the quality of service provided. I request you to urgently confirm whether the cartons will be collected. If the pickup cannot be arranged the tell me and please process the refund of my security deposit of ₹500 without further delay. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution at the earliest. Regards, Anubhav Parashar
